Damian Burgess, although originally from New Zealand, he has been based in Italy since 2000. He has been involved in the coffee industry since 2008 and today collaborates with many of the leading names and companies in the coffee industry as both a trainer and brand ambassador. Damian was one of the first to become a Specialty Coffee Association Trainer in Italy way back in 2008 and has since then trained Baristi all over the world.

He established 3 Coffee guys in 2017 with Patrick O’Malley (USA) and Ricardo Villegas (Colombia). Together they have taken coffee lovers to visit plantations around the world for unique learning experiences.

His love for coffee and his internationally experience is what helped to bring DROP to life.
